How long does it take to get setup?
Once we have a signed agreement you’ll connect with an on-boarding specialist who will work with you through 1:1 trainings and ensure full setup of the program within 30 days.
Does Therapy Partner bill insurance?
We allow users to generate CMS-1500 claims forms and export them from the system, but we do not currently directly integrate with a clearing house for electronic claims submission.
How do I switch from another practice management system?
Your on-boarding specialist will help you navigate the transition process through your 1:1 trainings. Your current practice management system should provide you with an export of all your client data. We can import basic client information such as names, addresses, and dates of birth. You will need to re-collect payment information, but this process can be streamlined through the implementation of our client portal.
Is Therapy Partner HIPAA Compliant?
Yes. We provide a Business Associate’s Agreement included within our Terms of Service (BAA) for our providers to maintain HIPAA compliance. In addition, We have invested in protecting your data by utilizing an offsite secure (Tier III) data protection facility that is monitored 24/7/365. Here we have a team of security professionals whose sole responsibility is to monitor newly released patches and perform them immediately in our environment.
